The catalogue for our forthcoming Interiors sale on Tuesday 5th May is now available to view online. As usual the sale contains an excellent selection of jewellery, clocks & watches, silver, coins, pictures, furniture, toys, militaria, ceramics, glassware, ephemera and much more.
There are some fine watches on offer including a Rolex 1960s Oyster date example (Lot 48, £1,200-1,800) and a gentleman’s Ebel Wave wristwatch with diamond dial surround (Lot 37, £400-600).
Coins proved to be some of the best selling lots in our last auction and there are plenty more up for grabs in Tuesday’s sale, notably a very rare 1994 double sovereign with wrong obverse, recalled by The Royal Mint and correct 1994 double sovereign (Lot 58, £2,500-3,000).
There is also a strong selection of guns which includes a six-shot .36 Colt (Lot 180, £500-800), a five-shot .35 J Nikitits percussion revolver (Lot 181, £300-500) and additional Belgian examples.
Also gracing our Loughton saleroom are some extremely impressive bronzes, principally a pair of life size Neo-Classical style ladies (Lot 237, £700-800) as well as stag and hound figures.
Please note that we will be closed for the Bank Holiday on Monday 4th May. Our next Interiors sale is on Monday 18th May.
