Our Specialist Sales focus on premium examples from certain genres and on 30 April 2012 we will be concentrating on Antique Toys, including mechanical, die cast and soft toys.
Few things invoke quite so much nostalgia as toys from the past do. Antique toys may have been a lot simpler than the electronic games of today but they were no less special to the children who played with them.
There was an innocence to toys from the past that is often lacking in some of the toys of today. As a result, sometimes collecting antique toys can feel like a link to more innocent times and is a welcome distraction from modern day stresses.
Please come along to our Toys Sale on 30 April and take a trip back into the past. You may even find something special to take back home with you!
