Solicitors Probate House Clearance
Boningtons Auctioneers offer a special service for Solicitors, whereby our representative will collect keys for a property and provide a Probate valuation for the contents of that property.
This can be arranged at very short notice and detailed reports can be produced within days or hours if requested.
All our valuers are well versed in the art of valuing and can offer assistance on large collections and stately homes as well as single items or smaller collections
We work for a number of local solicitors & banks, and glowing references are available on request.

After Probate is granted, we can then enter the items into a suitable auction. The remainder of the contents can be cleared from the property and disposed of. However, if you should require a complete clearance, Boningtons would be available to provide this additional service at short notice. |
